Cancellation Policy

At Mahi Holiday Co. Ltd., we understand that plans may change, and unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure a transparent and fair cancellation process, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Period:

Cancellations made 2 days or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund. After Cancellations, only transaction charges will be deducted. After 48 Hours of travel date, there is no policy for refund.

No-Show Policy:

in case of a no-show customer will not get any refund on cancellation.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Tour Modifications:

Changes to the tour date or time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 10 days before the original scheduled date.

Force Majeure:

Mahi Holiday Co. Ltd. is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or a refund.
